Transaction Process
- Buyers: Payments are held in escrow until the item is received and approved.
- Sellers: Funds are released to your account 3 days after the buyer confirms receipt.
Fees and Currencies
- Platform fee: 10% of the transaction amount.
- Transactions are conducted in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply.
Seller Payouts
- Sellers can request payouts to their linked bank account.
- Payout processing time: 1-3 business days.
Buyer Protection
- Funds are only released to sellers after buyer confirmation.
- Disputes must be opened within 3 days of receiving the item.
Refunds and Returns
- Refunds are processed according to the individual seller's policy.
- The platform may intervene in case of unresolved disputes.
